Information for presenters

  • Talks should be maximally 20 minutes and will be followed by 10 minutes of discussion.

  • Presenters can use their own laptops or use the available desktop computer running Powerpoint and Acrobat Reader. It will be possible to play sound files.

  • Posters should have a maximum size of 1 meter by 1.5 meters, either landscape or portrait.

Conference fee

Although there is no registration fee for attendance, you must pre-register before 1 December in order to attend.


Dinner

We will hold a conference dinner on Monday 12 December at the Vlaams Arsenaal in the centre of Nijmegen. This dinner will be a three course meal with as main dish a meat, fish, or vegetarian option. The all-inclusive price will be 42.50 euros. If you would like to participate, we ask you to pay this in advance. Information about how to pay will appear in the email that is sent to you upon registration.


Excursion

Right before the dinner, there is an opportunity to tour the Stratemakerstoren, a 14th century tower that formed part of the defenses of the City of Nijmegen. The event will include a one-hour guided tour (in English). If you would like to participate, we ask you to pay 11 euros in advance. Information about how to pay will appear in the email that is sent to you upon registration.
